Hi, For personal reasons I delegated some important parts of the SLIMax Mgr development to a friend (plugins maintenance and SLIMax Mgr II). His name Zappadoc ( www.zappadoc.com), he’s a clever asm/c/c#/c++ french developer (see here for more info: SLIMax Mgr Preview). All these new amazing improvements below have been done by Zappadoc.

SLIMax Manager II retains all the great features from previous versions but with a more powerful Lua scripting engine, a new internal plugin architecture to take into account the new upcoming software simulation and hardware equipments (simulator system and other LCD/Shiftlights devices) and add a new skins based UI. Also, an SLI-PRO device emulator (SLIEmu ) is now available and can be useful to develop a plugin or to test a script without any device connected…

Register your device is required to use the new SLIMax Manager II, SLIMax Mgr II isn’t free and a minimum donation of $7 (5€) are requested to acquire a personal license. Registration:
Register your device(s) by using SLIMax Manager (choose the “Registration Information…” menu to get your device serial number and be redirected to the online registration form) or use this link if you know your device serial number: Online Registration Form

License key:
As soon as the installer finished the installation, copy your license key into ../SLIMax Manager/licenses/ directory (if you update the software it should be there already)
if your license key isn’t in your ../SLIMax Manager/licenses/ folder move it again from your PM or EMAIL Inbox to licenses directory.

SLIMax Manager II Installation:
(if you update the software it’s maybe a good idea to clean up / backup SLIMax Manager directory before installation and more specifically the plugins folder but keep your license key in the licenses directory)

1) double-click the installer and follow the instructions

* Most common error:  if app won’t start see here

Plugin Installation (no change):
1) uncompress plugin archive
2) copy inside plugins directory ( ../SLIMax Manager/plugins/.. )
3) activate the plugin using the “Plugin Manager…” menu

Plugin Thumbnail Installation
(beware png are now in skin/default/pluginthumb/ directory):
1) copy the png in skin/default/pluginthumbs directory ( ../SLIMax Manager/skin/default/pluginthumb/.. )

Plugin Activation:
The installer package contains all plugins available recompiled for SLIMax Mgr 2.0 but only rFactor plugin is activated by default. To activate the other plugins, selected the “Plugin Manager…” item menu to open the Plugin Manager panel and change the state of Active column for each plugin.

iRacing Notes:
The distribution contains by default a detection of each iRacing car and set the corresponding shift-lights, OSP factor and custom pit limiter scripts.

This server will get around the limitation of Codemasters games to manage more than one OutGauge app/device. it get connected to CM game with a main OutGauge port ( #33334) and dispatch outgauge data to all registered apps/devices (UDP ports list - up to 50 devices/softwares). Tested with F1 2010, F1 2011 and DiRT2 (DiRT3 need to be fixed by Codemasters to run with UDP extradata=”1″ ).

Hi,
Here a piece of soft I dev for you very useful for those that usually use more than one Outgauge devices and/or OG Apps at the same time with Live For Speed sim.

As you probably know LFS manage only one Outgauge app so to get around this limitation I use here what I’m called a “Proxy Outgauge Server” this one is connected to LFS with a “main” Outgauge port (#33333) and dispatch outgauge data to all apps registered (udp outgauge port list in config file). More than 40 Outgauge apps can be used at the same time. Simple and efficient.

It’s because some lib version are missing on your windows installation,

Installation:
- copy all files on your C:\SLIZee directory (App  + plugins folder + bridges)
- plug your SLI-PRO or SLI-F1* USB interface
- Launch the app
- Launch your simulation/game

IMPORTANT: rFactor, rFactor2 and Kart Racing Pro need a bridge (a dll plugin that must be copied into their respective plugins directory), see the readme of the bridge for more info.

*Please note, the upcoming SLI-F1 device will be supported as soon as it will be released

Testing your device:
Launch app and choose “Test Device” in menu (wait until the test is done)
