Forza Motorsport 7 Plugin 64Bit For SLIMax Mgr Pro (BETA)

Untested and should not work for 2 main reasons:

- the API for racing dash is poor and incomplete (gear and many other data are missing),  RPM + SPEED all other data are fake and hard-coded in the plugins just to have something to look at on your display

- Windows 10 "network isolation" of UWP app avoid using the UDP loopback on localhost (127.0.0.1)

DOWNLOAD


local PC installation:



- copy the plugin into SLIMax Mgr Pro plugins directory
- copy the default plugin options into  SLIMax Mgr Pro options directory
- use the Plugins Manager of SLIMax to activate Forza 7 plugin
- set the UDP port using the plugin options
- set the same UDP port on the DATA OUT game settings
Data Out = ON
IP = 127.0.0.1
Port= 7777 (or whatever you enter in the plugin options)

Restart SLIMax Mgr Pro

That's it! you are now ready to give this a try

Remote PC/Laptop Installation:
A remote configuration is also possible if you have a laptop or another PC connected to your LAN

- install the latest SLIMax Mgr Pro on your laptop
- plug your supported device (SLI-PRO, SIM Race F1, etc.)
- launch the SLIMax and Check For Update to get the latest updates

- copy the forza plugin into SLIMax Mgr Pro plugins directory
- copy the default plugin options into  SLIMax Mgr Pro options directory
- use the Plugins Manager of SLIMax to ACTIVATE Forza 7 plugin
- set the UDP port using the plugin options
- set the IP of your main PC using the plugin options
- Restart SLIMax Mgr Pro
- copy Notepad.exe on your desktop and rename it ForzaMotorsport7.exe and launch it (SLIMAx should detect the fake Forza 7 game running on your laptop )

now on the main PC:
- set the same UDP port on the DATA OUT your Forza game settings
Data Out = ON
IP = 192.168.x.x <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< enter here the IP of your laptop
Port= 7777 (or whatever you enter in the plugin options)

launch the game...

That's it!


Again, the data sent are really poor (rpm/speed) so it's better to wait for a more consistent API... feel free to add your comments in the Forza 7 topic, here:

beta plugin of F7 updated today with additional telemetry data.

A workaround to loopback issue with UWP app and Windows 10 has been posted on Forza7 forum (the famous network isolation, one of the most anoying issue of windows 10 which prevent UWP app to use the loopback and to be reached from the localhost IP address 127.0.0.1 via UDP):

Make sure that Forza Motorsport 7 is not running
Make sure that you are logged in as an administrator on the computer
Open a command prompt (click the Start button, then type command in the search and choose "Command Prompt")
Paste the following text into the command prompt and press ok.
CheckNetIsolation.exe LoopbackExempt -a -n=microsoft.apollobasegame_8wekyb3d8bbwe

New version of Forza Motorsport plugin is out!

this is the first attempt to final version, despite a basic api you can check if  gear, speed, rpm, time, fuel, lap and tires temp values are correct.

do not forget to disable the network isolation of the UWP game using elevated command prompt with this command:
